IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION AND ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
FIVE STARS Italy produces exclusively in Italy. The high quality of the products is guaranteed by the workmanship. Research and design
Design is the fundamental basis for product quality. For this reason, every new model is subjected to a complex and careful design and industrialisation process before being put into production. Important moments in this process are, among others, the precise definition of the initial inputs, detailed planning of all the activities to be carried out, verification of the various activities, calculations and laboratory tests, validation and approval for production.
Metal production department
The organisation of production and logistics are fundamental activities to guarantee precision, punctuality and efficiency. FIVESTARSITALY manufactures metalwork by managing all processes. Processing of aluminium, iron and other materials is the fundamental basis of 45 years of experience in the sector.
Assembly department
TRAINING: A company is made up above all of people. Therefore, a careful selection of people and a constant training process becomes fundamental, providing the best supports to work in an effective and precise way.
CHECKS AND TESTS: In order to avoid possible errors, FIVE STARS Italy has structured an internal control system at different levels with the aim of minimising the risk of errors or defects reaching our customers. Controls are foreseen during the acceptance of materials from suppliers, during the different production phases and on the finished product before shipment.
Wood production department
A complete wood processing department, which guarantees accurate control from the arrival of the logs through all the processing to the semi-finished product. In our collections we use the best woods available on the market for outdoor use: Teak - Afrormosia - Iroko etc., and we are able to use woods according to customer specifications.
Shipping Department
WAREHOUSE: FIVE STARS Italy has a warehouse where customer orders are stored. It has some products ready in stock. The management of transport by truck, ship, container or fast carriers and couriers are operations carried out by our offices to guarantee an excellent service.
